Returns & Exchanges Policy

Qualifications for a return

Megapui is committed to your satisfaction, we want you to be pleased with your purchase as we are in serving you. You may return our items in their original, unused condition for a full refund or replacement of the item. We will gladly accept your return within 7 days. Countdown starts from the date you received the item.

For valid return claims on items sold by Megapui you can decide between refund or replacement (please indicate on the return form, refund options may vary depending on your payment method).

Return exceptions

  • Megapui does not accept return on customized and personalized products . We also have some items that are exempted for returns due to regulatory or hygiene issues.

  • To qualify for a return, items must be received back to our Guarantor’s office within 7 days of your original order shipment date (as printed on your packing slip). Exchanges must be received within 14 days.

Packaging requirements

  • Apparel:

    • Swimwear: Must be returned with hygienic liner intact. Swimwear received without the hygienic liner is non-returnable and will receive no refund .

    • Shoes: Must be returned with original shoebox. Please place it inside a larger packing box or wrap it in brown paper. Shoes returned with postage stickers on the original shoebox are non-refundable and will receive no refund .

  • Non-Apparel Item (e.g. gadgets and electronics): Must be returned with original packaging intact, otherwise they are non-refundable and will receive no refund.

Note: It is extremely important that the product is packaged in such a way that it can not be damaged.

If you want  to return an item

Before returning an item you should check our Return Policy first to make sure your item is eligible for return.

Steps on how to do it :

  • Log in to your account

  • Go to “Order History and Details”

  • Fill in online Return Form

  • Print Return Form (optional)

  • Pack the items with the necessary documents

  • Send it back to us (or to the nearest guarantor)

Online Return Form is available only after the item’s status has changed to “delivered”, but give us at least 24 hours to update the information . If you cannot access the Online Return Form please contact our Customer Service Center (http://www.megapui.com/contact-us) and we are happy to help you with your return application.

Also you need to take pictures to support your return request. This is really important if you are returning a damaged or defective product . Keep the pictures in your records in case questions arise throughout the return process.

Change of mind

For international orders customers can return their item if they are not satisfied with the item within 7 days from the time they received it. Shipping cost should be shouldered by the customer to get the refund.

Note: This is only applicable for items that the supplier is okay for returns

Items that are not eligible for refund

  • Items marked as final sale.

  • Returns received in damaged/worn condition.

  • Returns received after 7 days of the original order shipment date.

  • Shipping charges, except in cases where we have made a shipping error.

  • Seal is opened and package is damaged.

  • Lingerie & nightwear, shapewear, swimwear , earrings, underwear & socks (hygiene issues).

  • Food & treats, pet care.

  • Items where the customer filled out the warranty card and turns out that they just want to return the item because they changed their mind.

Items that are eligible for refund

  • Seal is unopened and package is in good condition with full accessories.

  • If the item is damaged due to shipment.

  • If the item is defective within 7 days from the time the status is already delivered,but tags and labels should still be attached with complete accessories.

  • If item was not as advertised, but tags and labels should still be attached with complete accessories.  

  • If the item delivered is wrong, but tags and labels should still be attached with complete accessories.

  • Change of mind: item’s seal should be unopened and package should be in good condition with full accessories (not applicable to all items).

How long is the quality evaluation process?

Replacement/Refund process only begins after we have completed evaluating your returned product.

This quality evaluation process may last about 2 business days.

Returning an item

For returning your item you should follow the steps on how to return an item and you also need to read the policy first before returning the item or contact our Customer Service Center (http://www.megapui.com/contact-us).

Getting the status of a return or refund

For the status of the return we will update you by email and it would also be posted on your account so you can just check it on the website. As for the refund after we received and evaluated the item we will update you for the result and refund would be based on the payment method that you’ve used.

How does return shipping work

  • If there’s a problem with the item, Megapui will be responsible for paying return shipping cost you just need to contact customer service and follow the procedure on how to return an item.

  • If customer just changes their mind about the purchase and wants to return it , they must contact us first and check if that item it eligible for returns and they need to pay for the shipping costs.

Returning an item that was delivered as a gift

If the receiver wants to return the item because it’s defective or  he/she just dont like the item, he/she needs to contact the customer so the customer can contact Megapui for his/her options of returning back the item (not applicable for all items).
